Have you noticed how Fred's only function on FR is to latch on to mostly one freeper and ride behind him or her like a clown cleaning horse crap at the circus?
He seems only capable of throwing out a juvenile remark here and there and waiting for his freeper-du-jour to leave another pile for pickup.
