Okay, you're right, I'll grant you. I have NEVER read actual source works of Calvinism. I have only seen what people like you SAY about them. Perhaps you're right, and I am not sufficiently informed.

One reason is that I spend what time I have to devote to it learning about my own religion.

So, inform me. Tell me what I OUGHT to know, not what I think I ought to know, about your beliefs. I am always willing to learn.

If you have never read Calvin then I think your little "history lesson" looses credibility. You repeatedly attack Calvinism making statements that make it obvious you have never read Calvin.

On the other hand, I have taken the time to read the primary sources materials (BoM, D&C, PoGP, etc.).

***So, inform me. Tell me what I OUGHT to know, not what I think I ought to know, about your beliefs.***

The Institutes are on line, read them for yourself.

If you choose not to read them then be forewarned that I will note that you have never read Calvin whenever you make your "second-hand" slaps. I invite others to do the same.

BTW, I don't agree with Calvin at every point. I don't need to I do not consider him as a prophet. But at least he did not pretend to be one.
