Isaiah was speaking sarcastically, btw. What the Israelites of his day considered "righteousness" was hollow, and baseless.

Again, I have to remember how little understanding you all have. Filtering through your "creeds" makes this inevitable.

I see no sarcasm in it.
I also have no creeds to remember.
All scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, reproof for correction, for instruction in righteousness; that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works 2Tim 3:16-17

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But SHUN profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. 2Tim 2:15-16

You are really hung up on this creeds thing arent you!
