That's certainly true. They should release everything. Not redacted everything.
Did you hear Dusek say that if it wasn't in the trial they weren't planning on using it? ROFL

I have to tell you that few movies have scared me like silence of the lambs and 8mm w/nicholas cage. Nicholas Cage gave us a taste of the dirty underworld of child porn, and nasty predators.
I have to believe in the jury system. If indeed the jurors were tainted, it could come out in the next 10 - 20 years. Judging from what I've heard, I don't think they broke the rules..but who knows!
Jury foreman just said that the child porn was extremely shocking...

Oh, you dreamer, you!

Jury foreman just said that the child porn was extremely shocking...I take he spoke to the press--where did you see the juror speak?
To: cyncooper
court tv... he was interviewed by the hosts on ctv..didn't pay attention to their names. He said he went to court today for closure.
He basically confirmed again, that all the jurors were in agreement..and no one showed any signs of regret ..especially during the penalty phase.

The judge is releasing some sealed information Monday that he said, very emphatically today, is very damning to the defendent. These folks may then realize the truth. I will be very interested in this. REAL FACTS would be a nice change from much of the information we have been getting. Dusek won't admit that the DA offered the plea deal in an attempt to get the body back for the family, DW didn't offer to tell where the body was. But, the DA, and Dusek needed the public and the jury to believe he did.
These are the things that bother me most about the case. The pushing of rumors as fact to the jury and the public. Why? Why not just admit the TRUTH?
Another thing that bothered me is that DW didn't make a statment today. If Feldman is telling him not to, then Feldman must have some reason. Of course, what could DW say but "I didn't do it", and that, of course, would go over like a lead ballon.

REAL FACTS would be a nice change We've heard real facts and you won't understand, much less accept them. I don't expect any further information to get through to you, with all due respect.

Obviously he could have admitted his guilt and shown remorse. Your pretending his only option was to again plead his innocence supports my point above.

Yes, but he was just documenting it for Congress! I'm sorry, but when a man offers that kind of wet noodle brazen lying excuse for child pornography it's time to feed him his gonads.
That is such a classicly bizarre and obvious male bovine scatological artifact, I can't believe his "friends" didn't call him on it.
That statement just put my "lying lowlife scumbag" radar on red alert. I just want to rip his head off and spit down the hole.
Why do women believe men who lie so obviously like that?!!!
It's like Clinton. AARGHH!!
Come'on, if your husband offered an excuse like that, would he still be breathing?

It's rather like the excuse "I don't look at the pictures in Playboy, I read the articles. They are intellectually stimulating."
Unless there is more in the docs to be released Monday, I fear we will be at an impasse.

I'm not getting my hopes up that the impasse will ever end. It seems you've already made your mind up so tightly that even a confession by DW wouldn't change it.
I'm sure you'll come up with reasons why you won't believe anything put out on Monday.

Heads up. Dr. Goff is on Court TV.

Oh please. You have absolutely no clue. You wonder why this turns so ugly. And a video tape of someone else doing it wouldn't change the fact that you'd like to personally administer the lethal injection.

He thinks the jury was overloaded with bug info. He also says that it is still in it's infancy as a science, and that this case presented too many variables that they hadn't dealt with before.
To: Jaded
I wonder why those that are so convinced of DW's guilt are so bothered by those(like me) that have questions about his guilt? I could understand during the trial all the debate, but now that they got what they wanted, why the insistence that everyone agree with them?
