I'm not saying that all Southerners are racist (there are a lot of racists in Yankee land too--most of them Republicans).

I work in a large Union shop and know alot of Dems. Many of them throw racial slurs around and brag about how they moved out of intergrated neighborhoods (or neighborhoods in transition) to all white areas. They vote dem. because they just hate rich people/Bush. I'd love to see Al Sharpton get the dem. nomination just to see their reaction.

..and someone should ask this guys if realizes that racism isn't a one way street. People from other races hate white people just as much if not more, based only on skin color.
