Bush Sr. repeated his comments on the New World Order on Monday in his speech at the 10th Anniversay of NAFTA. These comments were left out of the AP article on his speech. You can hear it at the link below. He was terribly excited that he might live to see all the countries from Canada to Chile become a democracy. Guess it depends on what the meaning of . . . is.
