First, the assertion that the gap in our understanding of reality and actual reality is infinite has not been supported, although I suggest it is certainly asymptotic. That our knowledge is incomplete indicates only and exactly that we still have more to learn. You cannot convert lack of evidence into support for your own pet theory.
