So it's a given that this is all about "voters"?
If that is true we are doomed with the present political choices.
If not Bush, someone eventually will figure out that "by the people, for the people" refers to our citizens, not Mexicans, not the U.N., not the world court, not foreigners with tourist visas, not illegal aliens, just American citizens.
