As a former Los Angeleno I despair at the thought. Without a real INS I don't know. (and you can look at the history of one of the D.C. snipers to know that ain't happening) With Gray Davis actively opposing anything being done?? I haven't thought about this much, I'll stew on it. Wait a second. Hmm, I gotto go find another link. Maybe we can scare people to death.
