Quite frankly, I don't understand why California hasn't gone broke yet, with the money that state must pay for medical treatment to the poor, shot-up gangsters and illegals, not to mention all the other benefits.

Soon the takers will out-number the givers, and what will happen then?

I live in Los Angeles and what will happen when the freebies run out is we will most likely see another riot. Mexicans did most of the looting at the last "uprising". I'm hoping to have moved prior to that happening.
