B4Ranch: Your ideas were great. My employers demand three things from applicants--a valid ID (driver's license or state ID only), a Social Security card, and a birth certificate. This is legal in my state. All employers do it. And we have virtually no illegals. I'd say that alone helps.

wirestripper: You had some great ideas, too. I don't think the country would have to reinstate the draft to get young people to go defend the borders. Many, like myself, would gladly volunteer.
