Go to any "health food store" and ask for a non-fluoride toothpaste

I recommend TOM's Natural Tooth Paste, but you have to look at the labeling, they have fluoride and non-fluoride toothpaste, the non is great stuff, I haven't had to go to a dentist in 9 years.
