Perfect One Liner for Debating Republicans
Jefferson on Politics and Government ^ | 1793 | Thomas Jefferson

"Principles conscientiously adopted [should] not be given up."
--Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793. (*) ME 1:332

Whenever Republicans keep reminding you that your Principles don't mean anything....use this quote.

From the man whose thoughts helped create this Nation.

I hate to ruin your thought but the Republicans are the ones with principles. Republicans are not the one pushing moral relativism, utopianism, situational ethics, or redefining the meaning of sex or is!

Get a clue and begone back to DU where you would feel more comfortable with your fellow drooling idiots.

With what country do you plan to align yourselves?
Something from Benjamin Franklin about...Where freedom exists that is my country.

That's a non-answer! Answer the question. What country (here on earth) has more freedom than the United States? I don't want to hear about any of your drug-induced Libertarian hallucinations of astral projection to other dimensions.

"...your fight for the "principle" of free drugs ...."

Please show me where...ANYWHERE...I have advocated or used the term "free drugs".

Never happened nor ever will.

What I have advocated is that government stop being everyone's nanny...and return the RESPONSIBILITY of our lives to each of us.

Which is the way God planned it....for each of us to be RESPONSIBLE for our own lives..and to make our own decisions.

Not to mention that the WOD..has made a mockery of our Constitution.

Every SINGLE person on FR who has come out against the WOD believes (it seems) pretty much the same way. I have NEVER seen a post from anyone (tho I am sure there may be one or two) that advocate the massive use of drugs.

But it is much easier to silence our concerns...by just saying to oneself..."They only want drugs...yada-yada".

Oh...and BTW....I know what CTR stands for.....

I have a ring with those 3 letters...as do each of my children.

...and choosing the Right....does not mean that I must surrender my RESPONSIBILITIES to the idiot 'do-gooder's'.

Mr. Franklin was a very smart person.

...too bad that his advice is seldom heeded anymore.

No, it's an answer. It's just not an answer you like.
What country (here on earth) has more freedom than the United States?
Are you asking me a question or making a statement.
Very well...Is there a country, here on Earth, that has more freedom than the United States? (shouldn't you be saying "nation" instead of "coutry"? This nation has 50 countries.)
If the US has more freedom than any other nation or country then that is my country. If not, after you tell me which one has more freedom, I might move there to please you and the other "Samsonites" that abound on this board.
I don't want to hear about any of your drug-induced Libertarian hallucinations of astral projection to other dimensions.
I have no drug-induced hallucinations of astral projection to other dimensions much less Libertarian ones.
Thanks for implying I use LSD. Why don't you go stuff yourself! You're a real piece of work yourself.
