Someone in the Van Dam household pointed LE to David Westerfield. Either Brenda or Damon. If what is suspected is true, it would account for alot of the trace evidence, then perhaps that person knew about or gave the disks to him or even wanted copies.

Did you hear today that Westerfields' house had been sold?
400,000 plus, but 50,000, less than was asked. I did not catch the exact sell price, it was on the local news tonite.
Also in the motions of discovery,Fledman asked for the notes from the FBI, and there were none, could be they needed more time to get them ready. Have you came across any from the FBI? I can not believe there are not any notes.
