What we ARE saying is that the Federal Government doesn't have the authority to run a War on Drugs, and that the current War on Drugs is a socialist, burecratic nightmare that shreds the Constitution, fosters corruption in law enforcement, bloats the government, and creates more crime and problems than it attempts to solve. And, don't forget, it also makes for one hell of a bad hair day. (/sarcasm)
