Harry Browne is usually quite correct. If you would read articles and letters written by the Founding Fathers, you would discover that HB is fairly consistent with their views.
The telling question might be, "Do you really trust a polititian?". I don't. Not a single one of them.
Aye, there's the rub. Problem is, most Americans don't have a clue what the founders believed. And that goes for most people here on FR. They've never read their writings, or they'd be shocked at how close the founders' beliefs were to those of whom they now label the "extreme right" and "tinfoil people."
This country has become exactly what Washington, Jefferson, and others warned us against - and most Americans are cheering it on.
