It's Warren G. Harding...what a strange way of trying to make a point: "Tell me who this is..."

I was asked to post a picture of a winner, which I did. I wasn't making a point.

The two great things he did were 1) he kept the US out of the League of Nations, and 2) he left office with a smaller federal budget than when he entered. In fact he cut it nearly in half.

He was the last Republican ever to hold the office of president who left that office with a smaller budget than when he entered.
