Trial by jury. Unless you can guarantee me that everybody in Gitmo isn't a U.S. citizen (hint: you can't). The right to protection from unreasonable search and seizure (hint: search and peek recon in your home, without telling you). Right to a speedy trial (hint: how long have they been in Gitmo?
