There is tons of filtering software out there to protect you from this "attack".

I was once doing a search on the subject of Black Irish/Black Dutch which is cultural/historical subject going back to American Indians in the Southeast. Many of the sites that came up, based on their title were appalling--but guess what--I didn't open them--it is a choice and I can do my own filtering.
