What more would be proposed?What I find odd is that he's attempting to say child porn is in any way equal to adult porn, when it's beyond obvious that the reason so many child molestors also possess child porn is because sex with children is illegal. It's the only outlet those nutbags have, until and unless they get up the nerve to actually try to rape a child.
