From personal experience, I know for a fact that it's a terrible idea to reveal the names of the mods. If you were to ever do that Jim, give them a chance to resign first, so you won't have to reveal their name if they dont' want it revealed.

I agree. I, along with Kim, have seen this happen and once the anonymity is voided, the reason that one has moderators is no longer valid. It doesn't work.
