The NEA have a cow! Also, it would remove the dept of education. It might be a good topic since the supremes just ruled on vouchers. It's a timely issue. Plus, it's a start in reducing government spending. Schools, if they are to be governmental, should be under complete control of the states. Even that's bad.

Hasn't it been done before?
