It's not just kids; it's the culture. A few years ago some teens approached the Presbyterian general assembly to ask the denomination to join the abstinece campaign. Some teen delegates asked the "adults" if they would take a similar pledge - no sex outside marriage. The whole idea was quickly dropped.
