   The only reason for an adult male to ever be circumcised would be congenital defects, or slovenly grooming habits. There is no medically-sound basis for performing this procedure on an otherwise healthy male.

Oh good grief, most intact men do NOT, I repeat do NOT, need to get circumcised as adults either.
