IT WAS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR PAINLESS!

I was circumcised as a baby and I REMEMBER no pain at all. I am sure this also holds true for all the other men who were circumcised shortly after birth. However, if you wait until you are an adult to be circumcised you will feel a lot of pain and it will last for weeks.

I agree that the pain isn't remembered but that doesn't change the fact that it is painful. I would hate to think that my son remembers me leaning over him, pinning his little shoulders and legs to the kitchen table while someone inflicted such pain on him.
