A Texas housing developer was forced to deny that a new community being built in the Dallas area will be exclusively for Indian-Americans.
Sankalp Developer became infamous for the now-viral tweet that claimed they were building 'a development by INDIANS for the right INDIANS.'
The tweet reads: 'INDIA FIRST!'
The post does not specify where the supposed development would be located, however, Sanklap is based in Frisco - a wealthy suburb of Dallas.
In recent years, Frisco and neighboring communities like Plano, Prosper and Celina have been flooded by Southeast Asians, in what used to be majority white parts of the state.
In the boom town of Celina, Telugu (a language spoken on the subcontinent) has overtaken Spanish as the second most spoken language in its prized school district, according to local reports.
However, the man in charge of Sankalp tells Daily Mail there is no truth to the post, which he learned about on Wednesday evening.

These POS Indians have infested Frisco for years, and with each passing year it gets worse. Compete and utter morons, with ZERO common sense, and an inability to drive that is unequaled. Never saw a car with six bumper stickers on each side, reading “Student Driver: Please Be Patient” until these third world trolls started showing. Local high schools have been inundated with kids; football programs that once had 110-125 kids on the sideline, now have about 30-40 players. Fields that were fomerly used for kids’ soccer games are now converted for cricket... like locusts.

Finally-a development group from America that understands America the way it should be experienced: by building it for the right people. These are not your chaotic, outer-ring free-for-alls where HOA covenants are treated as friendly suggestions and landscaping is an afterthought. No, these are precision-engineered enclaves--crafted by inner-ring visionaries from the motherland who know exactly which sort of residents elevate a neighborhood, and which sorts lower the property values just by parking their car out front.
In short it's development by AMERICANS, for the right AMERICANS, and it's about time someone raised the standard. AMERICA FIRST!
"Visionaries from the MOTHERLAND". Think about the meaning of that for a second. This guy isn't someone looking to assimilate.
It is amusing sometimes to consider the impression many Americans have of India where we view it as enlightened and tolerant. We should not forget that for most of us, the first time we heard the word caste was in reference to India, where it is still seriously practiced and people pay attention to it.
We should assume that for the majority of these people (though not all) Americans are simply another caste, and not fellow Americans.

I have no way to determine the exact proportions, but I know they do exist, and it is something to keep in mind.

One thing I’m not sure about. Generally lighter skin is considered higher than darker in India. But a lot of the techies are from darker skinned areas. So are high earning darker skinned Indians going to be allowed in that development, or not?
The story mentioned Telugu which is a language in southeast India (although not as far south as the Tamil speakers) so most of the folks already up there are likely darker skinned tech workers regardless of caste. So maybe they are appealing to lighter north Indians of higher castes?
The ones (feathers) I’ve met around here are generally assimilated.
