Puerto Rico has a garbage crisis. That's a fact. Try doing a search or click on the link to an article published today that I've posted twice in this thread. It's about the fact that Puerto Rico has relied on landfills to get rid of their over 3 million tons of trash a year. They've run out of land to put landfills, and it is an environmental crisis. The joke was about the issue that the mostly Democrat and Progressive-run government in Puerto Rico has failed to deal with.
