His resume is going to be real iffy for a future job.
Car washes are always looking for someone to hire.

I'm not an attorney either and I was not on the jury. At least, they should have moved it to neutral territory. Maybe Peoria, Illinois. Pick out Senior Citizens who are out of touch with mainstream media.
That's who you want on the jury.
To: MinorityRepublican
Yes, maybe Fort Drum, New York.
The two attorneys on the jury are the real wildcards.

Yeah those guys in the First Congress knew nothing about the Constitution when they passed The Judiciary Act of 1789.
Ans that Washington guy who signed it, what a anti-Consitutionalist.

If the Judiciary Act of 1789 gave the feds police power then, Art. IV, Cl. 2 is triggered and the law is null and void because it is not in “pursuance” of the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land OVER unconstitutional federal law.

For quite some time. They were officers in the general services adm, federal protective service. Now that organization is part of homeland security. My best guess would be since 1948 or so. This guy alas was not that type of officer.
Maybe the copper was using a probe to finish his search incidental to arrest.
