That is how my best friend died. We were in an open helicopter over Mt. Kilauea and suddenly she grabbed me and had the same reaction described in this article. The next two weeks were spent "making arrangements", 9000 miles from home. That was in 2013 ans I will never forget it as long as I live. (two middle-aged widows on a dream vacation together)
