I'm waiting for the state to get serious about this kind of reckless driving...street racing in particular. At minimum, when someone drives so dangerously on public streets, they should be subject to significant suspensions or complete revocations of driving privilege.

Heck, I am very progressive on this. First offense, 5-10 year suspended license. Second offense, permanent loss of driving privilege. Killing someone while driving so stupidly should be an automatic lifetime driving ban.
