I am an Irish Catholic New Yorker from a firefighting family.
You bust in on a discussion without looking at the thread. I’ve explained it. You’re annoying
I have been to more 3 day funerals than all the people on this thread if you took a moment to inform yourself before jumping on it
As I have explained there are rules in life that even funeral drinking do not supersede Anyone with sense knows tgis
Any kid that has ever had to endure ji parents keeping him and the siblings he has to watch past their bedtime know this
Four siblings ages 1 to 14 have no business up until 1130
So get off my case and if you argue that point go ask a respectable mother with a grown up brood of successful adult children by normal standards and get away from me.
With all respect just pointing out it does indeed happen and is common, especially with special events. Whether you like it happening or not is of course your own rightful moral opinion. But keep in mind, many school functions like evening concerts or Football and Basketball games last until 10:30-11:00 at night. And most times everyone including their children grab a bite to eat on the way home after the game and may not get home until midnight. So by what you claim there should also not be any school functions which keep them up that late?
