My thoughts exactly. I detest beer.
But now I drink 7 ounces every night because beer and wine are recommended for your heart. Wine raises my blood pressure but beer does not.
BTW, the great book I read that considers beer a superstar food is Eat to Beat Disease, by Wm. Li, MD. All my friends are buying it too. Lots of surprises, like purple potatoes being superstars too. Etc.
I like beer.
Life is too short to drink CHEAP beer.
I hope you can find a beer that you like ... drinking something detestable will get old in a hurry.
