I suspect the week after Christmas, the real noise will start. There will be articles regarding family celebrations spreading Covid or “X” (not formerly known as Twitter), and the calls for lock-downs will start. They will continue to get louder as the first state primaries approach.

The narrative will be “until we know for sure, let’s just be careful and stay ten feet apart”. The demands for vote by mail-only will be constantly growing louder and democrat governors and mayors will start implementing new voting rules without legislative approval. By the time the appeals are heard, the decisions will be moot. I’ve heard this tune before. I’ve watched the movie before. I know how it ends. And the GOPe will be caught flat-footed and unprepared(once again).

I don't think so. Their part will go about like last time, which is to be oh so concerned and help facilitate whatever is the crisis response effort each week.

The few Repubs that actually speak out & against will be vilified and then ignored.
