Yeah.. my PT (physical therapist keeps telling me NOT to follow that, even though I went through 2-a-days, 3-a-days ... then 2 boot camps/ USAF and then USArmy)...


Maybe my PT therapist is right, this time.. (I keep telling him that I will get nowhere if I don't feel some pain.. VA, BTW)

Nope. Just one from many, many years ago. "Stanza" Which I've revealed to a couple others recently. At least that's what I remember it being. ;O)
