One of the things that has caused deterioration in our public standards is the elimination of provocation as a defense.
Being spat on used to be a recognized preliminary to the spitter getting punched in the mouth. “He spat on me” would be a complete defense to a punch in the mouth charge - but not to shooting someone, for example.
Getting mobbed by Antifa, spat on, blinded with lasers, urine thrown on you or your family - all of these would be complete justification for a punch in the mouth. No more.
They all have their phones out, and if you throw a punch it’s YOU that’s going to jail.
This needs to change.
I hope his fist is okay.
Looks perfectly legal to me. She assaulted him with her mouth, he shut it up. Make stupid decisions, pay the price.
Tit for tat.
Singapore would have no homeless, no drug addiction, because they put them to out of societies misery, which is right and proper.
Our country is not moving quickly to total tyranny, it is past that and next step is arresting Candidates...wait.... Choosing winners in election.....did that... installing leaders... not quite yet.
I want him on my police force.
They go through all this training to have BETTER control. And they get the benefit of all the laws. They should be better.
The perp assaulted him. She’s lucky she didn’t get a faceful of toilet and multiple swirlies, or an intimate visit with a spittoon.
