That's the point I was trying to make. Democrats always depend on other people's money to get things done, and in this case, it would be the taxpayers' money. Want to get taxpayers and most everybody riled up? Use their money to pay reparations, and watch racism go higher than it's ever been. Even those that claim not to be racist, would get racist in a hurry.

And, those that get the reparations, would have to always be looking over their shoulders.
