It passed in the Senate. Fetterman was unavailable, and Manchin voted for it, as well as — I think — Sinema and Kelly. It was close in the Senate, but it passed. It then went to Biden.
Thanks for the info. And Chucky Schumer knew that Biden would veto it, so he did not care that it passed.
