Then all involved should be brought up on charges, with appropriate prison time when convicted...

That just simply won’t happen. While I don’t deny the death penalty is appropriate (and I am one of those crazy guys who believe there are a LOT more crimes worthy of it) - But I am also a realest on such matters... they will NEVER ben convicted of capitol murder.
