this “criminal referral” means nothing legally..its politics...you cant see that?...one charge is inciting...though they leave out the most important part, that he said to the crowd to “peacefully” go to the Capital and protest..also, one charge is that he DIDNT say anything during the riot and watched television that day...charge someone with a crime of NOT doing something??...thats just stupid. DOJ, even this one, will just laugh at this referral. His biggest legal problem is the documents thing....
I have read that he never said “Go to the Capitol”. That what was happening at the Capitol started before his speech was even done.
