Yeah. She should have married him and walked if he wouldn’t.
But, the legal system is the legal system and what she’s doing to him is just as fair as what he did to her.
I don’t agree its fair. Basically it turns marriage into transactional prostitution. Incentivizes women to divorce. 80% of divorces are filed by women. If divorce wasnt grest for women they’d be demanding abolishing divorce. Demanding “the marriage vows” be upheld.
