August marks the start of an important chapter for many college students around the world, but it also marks the start of #BamaRush on TikTok.
Bama Rush follows budding sorority girls through rush week, documenting them desperately trying to get into a sorority house at the University of Alabama.
Last summer, the University of Alabama's recruitment process blew up on TikTok after budding sorority girls documented everything having to do with rush week, from what they wore on each day of rush to the best and worst aspects of bid day.
And although the university's official recruitment date is August 6, potential new sorority members or PNMs have already taken over TikTok with their videos, prompting many to tune in for 'season two' of Bama Rush.
PNMs have begun packing their 'rush bags' in preparation for the long days of rush ahead, and many have shared the essentials they packed in their monogram pink totes.
One budding sorority girl and fan favorite is Gracyn Edmondson, 18, took to TikTok to reveal what she stuffed her large pink Longchamp rush bag with.
'There’s literally so much stuff in this bag, my shoulder’s going to break off before the end of the week,' she said in her video, which has racked up over three million views.
She went on to show off a massive haul filled with a portable fan, a toiletry bag with a sewing kit, a compact mirror, flip-flops and moleskins for blisters.
Gracyn continued by showing a separate bag with hairspray, two different deodorants, ponchos just in case of rain, a giant bag of mints, a notebook and more.
The young student, who had enough items packed to be ready for an apocalypse, added that she 'hoped' she had everything, leaving users shocked at how much she was bringing

Rule number one if I’m a male at the Univ of Alabama — avoid these chicks like the plague, and find the smart, independent ones who couldn’t care less about following the herd. There are plenty of them. And those Bama girls are gorgeous....
