Here’s my theory:
When you take a chemical to make you feel better...it works.
However, when and if you do NOT take the chemical, the depression, the hopelessness, the despair...RETURNS WITH A VENGENCE, worse than the original malady.
It wants to make up for the limited time when you felt happy.
But that’s just me.
I hope I never feel the need for them and I hope I am wrong about the return of the feeling down for other people.
Heroin and opiate addicts are depressed. Heroin addicts are personality types that avoid the sun, are “night people.” They are therefore low D. I got a person to take D supplements because of having a lot of colds and flu. 7 months later when I met her again she told me her life was so much better, that she didn’t get sick any more and she had quit taking Methadone. I had not known about the Methadone.
