It will be back to “roll your own”. Rolling machines and loose tobacco are readily available. Convenience stores and groceries will lose a profitable items, to the benefit of one shops and online vendors.
Been rolling my own for last 10 years, adds up to about 70 cents a pack in stead of 7 dollars a pack. It is a better smoke to without all the additives.
