This is an upgraded slip and fall suit. They generally settle out of court, but not in the millions. I was listening to a news segment about a slip and fall that had occurred in my tiny town. The town’s attorney off-handedly said, “We settled it for our standard slip and fall of five thousand.” (At that time, you could have bought a new Camaro for that amount.) I was stunned he was so stupid as to say that on TV. Some people are idiots. You don’t know because they look good, they dress well, and they can say the right things. Until they say something that stupid.
