All the more reason to go after the endowment. If the first funds they try to attach go poof, well they are still owed the judgement. Go after the next endowed funds. Repeat until paid. Pretty soon instead of losing 3% of their endowment they could find it down 5, 10 or more %. I bet they start cooperating to find payable funds before it drops by half. I seriously doubt 98% of their endowment is entailed and unavailable. A fair number of folks must have given to some general fund.

BTW, speaking of unredeemed judgements, IIRC Brandon’s other brother, not Jim, owes a $1M judgement from a wrongful death suit several years back. And has been avoiding paying any of it by claiming not to have the money.
