While I’m against frivolous lawsuits I sort of agree with this. It’s false advertising.
Rather than making 5 people rich the award should be a drop in price for every one until retribution is served.
PS I got nailed bad by Arbys last fall. They over exaggerated their fish sandwich to a silly extent as in easily double the size in ads as what was served.
I thought the Arby’s fish sandwich was big enough. Definitely better than the McDonald’s fish sandwich.
If you are going to Arby’s for the fish sandwich you are the problem
