I wish I could say I didn’t know anyone who has died from COVID-19. The latest was an exteremely fit and healthy man in his late fifties. Not vaxed. Died of kidney failure several weeks after falling sick with it.

For the record, I'm vaxxed. Two doses of Moderna.

I have no intention of getting a booster.

Also, I do not believe in vax mandates (which, according to the new definition, makes me "anti-vax").

I have 2 of the Pfizer, but may take the booster if required to get on a pl plane next year. After that, I’m done.

I am similar to you. Both Pfizer shots. No booster. No to mandates.

But starting on Wednesday, I started getting sick. I have Covid. My daughter and her boyfriend were here for late Christmas, and she started coughing on Monday. She tested positive on yesterday and they’ve gone home, leaving me sick.

I’m not getting tested, it is silly. She spent 12 hours in the ER on Wednesday, just to get confirmed. I don’t need to wait all day to be likewise told.
