That is correct - never trust the left. There is always some ulterior motive. The left always praises it when porn is pushed into what should be mainstream movies and TV shows. They are happy whenever standards of decency are violated. Many of them are sympathetic to child molesters and they want to sexualize young children. So when they suddenly seem concerned about “what your children are watching” they might complain about porn but they will do a bait and switch and go after political or religious speech instead.
False. If people want to pleasure themselves while looking at their porn on the phone..... well whatever. Porn is as destructive as progressivism is to one’s soul. It’s toxic. Being anti-porn has nothing to due with freedom of speech.
A friend of mine who says he is more libertarian then me says that $h!%, to justify looking at it.
Porn is not “speech”, no more than prostitution. It has always been the Left’s opinion that it is, and should be protected like normal speech. If they want to come against it now, which I doubt, you can’t blame a broken clock for being right twice a day.
