Vladimir Putin personally authorized a secret spy agency operation to support a “mentally unstable” Donald Trump in the 2016 US presidential election during a closed session of Russia’s national security council, according to what are assessed to be leaked Kremlin documents.

The key meeting took place on 22 January 2016, the papers suggest, with the Russian president, his spy chiefs and senior ministers all present.

They agreed a Trump White House would help secure Moscow’s strategic objectives, among them “social turmoil” in the US and a weakening of the American president’s negotiating position.

Russia’s three spy agencies were ordered to find practical ways to support Trump, in a decree appearing to bear Putin’s signature.

By this point Trump was the frontrunner in the Republican party’s nomination race. A report prepared by Putin’s expert department recommended Moscow use “all possible force” to ensure a Trump victory.

Western intelligence agencies are understood to have been aware of the documents for some months and to have carefully examined them. The papers, seen by the Guardian, seem to represent a serious and highly unusual leak from within the Kremlin. …

First, the Guardian has been as remains Trotskyite Marxist. Second, Russia (which is an oriental despotism now, as ever) does not want to see the return of Donald Trump. Thus, this is the common sort of propaganda that will be seen in the months ahead.

And the Super Team of Mueller, Weissmann, et al, missed all of this during their extensive and expensive investigation? What a crock of shite.

don’t tell me - they came from Steele er, Hillary

Trump is a self-made billionaire with real estate holdings all over the world. 6 years of investigation has proved he’s squeeky clean in his business practices. And that he’s sharp as a tack. It seems highly unlikely given this track record that Putin would consider Trump ‘mentally unstable’ when the last 6 years have proved otherwise.

However, it is highly likely that the originator of the proported ‘leak’ is mentally unstable and completely oblivious to the reality that Trump’s challenger at the time, over the past 6 years and beyond, is proveably mentally unstable and her election would have been a PUtin wet dream.

Pukin thrived while Obambi was in the WH. He invaded Ukraine with barely any consequences and benefited from high oil and gas prices. The same is happening again.

If he favored Trump he grossly miscalculated. Trump achieved U.S. energy independence for a while, which is not good for Russia.

Luke Harding, one of the co-authors of this story has a history....

Please, watch this interview from late 2017 where Luke Haring tries to defend his collusion claims. Also note that in the interview he is stating that he is a “story teller”:

Yep. That’s why I linked to his phony story about Manafort and Assange earlier in the thread.

I suspect Harding is one to whom the Russian intelligence services know to have their disinformation channels pump stuff; they know how to play to narratives Harding wants to believe; they know his confirmation bias will not independently investigate them, but just accept them.
