Some years ago when the rule of law mattered and was evenly applied, I’d probably vote guilty assuming it was proven that he did actually intend to kill him.
These days, especially after the Floyd sham, not guilty. Whoever is lowest on the woke totem pole will get my vote on any jury.
That’s how I’m reading this incident.
Older White guy pretending to be a white girl preying upon (likely) low intelligence younger black guy. Dead white guy was performing sex under deceit. Fooled Harembe once, but not twice. Rage,deceit. Not good combo.
We are suppose to protect those who are challenged. Linebacker is definitely challenged.
Glad I’m not going to be on that jury. The defense will be based on how much money can his legal team afford.
